Cylinder bench to disassemble and reassemble hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. The bench in the backbone of any cylinder repair. It can unscrew, pull apart, any nut, gland, or tube that would be impossible to do by hand.
Hydraulic cylinders withstand an extreme amount of stress in use. They are designed to take shock loads of millions of cycles. That said, they must be reassembled precisely, and torqued to proper standards to live through such a tough life.
Our bench is 30 feet long and has up to 65,000 lb/ft of torque capably.
